Definitely just a DXG 305 camera with a 5.0 Megapixel CMOS sensor... Plus, I doubt this will be able to take the new High density SD cards, so you're stuck with at most 2gb.
Plus, since it's so small and light, but doesn't have image stab, you'll need to carry around a mini-tripod to be able to take really good pictures anyway.
