Will be interesting to see results once this camera in in reviewers hands. This has a larger CCD, but is it enough to handle 12 megapixels without creating more noise then the F31fd? Time will tell, and if it performs just as well, then you can guarantee I'll be in line to get one. The F31fd is regarded as the best non-SLR available today. The F50 has a lot to live up to.
