looks and sounds similar to this:

likely made in the same facilities, different branding and product numbering "DC 1020"

I just bought it for my wife, since her last one (a canon 5MP from a few years back) took a dive. We received yesterday. So far it's been great for her, and it was cheap. $118.84 for a 10.1MP point and shooter.
