First, I don't have a Canon...I don't like the plastic the Digital Rebel is made of so I started with a Nikon...so now I use Nikon. A studio that I shoot portraits for on occasion uses Olympus though...and I hate them. They are some of the worst camera's I've ever had to use. The shape doesn't fit your hand, the controls are awkward at best, and the viewfinder picture is small and dull. It doesn't focus very well either. They use E-500s and E-300s, but I haven't played with an E1. It might or might not be better.

But yeah, to say the least, I'm not really too excited about a new camera from Olympus.
